A Long Look at Creating Abundance!
Abundance is an experience for healthy happy lives. Abundance is not material prosperity. It involves strong, supportive relationships, enjoying good health, enjoying your work and living your life in harmony with your own set of values and beliefs.
True abundance does not come to you incidentally. You might meet other people who seem to have it all by pure luck but this is never the case. They may be using the laws of attraction to find abundance in their life even if they are doing so unconsciously. If you've always dreamed of having a more abundant life, if all begins with being appreciative of what you have. Even if you don't think you have very much, you need to be grateful for it. When you are ungrateful for what you have, it creates a barrier between you and future successes. This can prevent you from getting the blessings and rewards you desire. When you have a thankful heart, you will open the doors for more blessings to come your way.
By keeping a gratitude journal, you can increase your sense of gratefulness. Before going to bed each night, make a minimal list of those things of which you are grateful. You may want to list about five things you feel grateful for every night before bed. To live and experience an abundant life, you also need to develop an awareness of your emotions. Emotions create energy and everything is ultimately all about energy; and the emotions we have often tend to attract the kinds of events, people, and things consistent with the emotions you are feeling. Therefore, fear, depression, and anxiety feelings and emotions will invite other experiences to maintain this feeling or what you have come to know as the status quo.
There is a tight link between your emotions and your thoughts. To bring abundance to your life, you will have to think positively. Negative thoughts need to be avoided as they cloud your life and block out the positive things that can happen. This is why you will need to watch what you think about and how you speak. Don't allow the negative to have a place in your mind or in your life. These bad habits can be difficult to change at first but it's possible.
Some people find greater success with particular methods to help them change their beliefs. Many use a combination of methods. The new beliefs you incorporate will help you develop new thought habits and patterns which will affect your emotions and start you on the path to attracting new and better opportunities more consistent with your new approach to life.
