Abundance, The Universe And You
Healthy, happy lives experience the riches of abundance, although abundance is not the same as material wealth. It is enjoying your good health, living in harmony with your beliefs and values, experiencing strong and supportive relationships as well as enjoying the work you do.
True abundance is not an accidental occurrence, even if some individuals seem extraordinarily lucky. You may harness the laws of the universe or enter it unconsciously to create abundance; how you do it, is not significant. However, you can attract abundance when you make the required changes.
If you've always dreamed of having a more abundant life, if all begins with being appreciative of what you have. Even if you don't think you have very much, you need to be grateful for it. When you are ungrateful for what you have, it creates a barrier between you and future successes. This can prevent you from getting the blessings and rewards you desire. When you have a thankful heart, you will open the doors for more blessings to come your way.
A great idea to make yourself more aware of the blessings in your life is to write them down. Each evening, you could journal about the things you are thankful for or just list the blessings from that day. Try requiring yourself to write down a minimum of a specific number of blessings before you can quit for the evening, each and every day. Doing this at bedtime helps you direct your focus on these positive things, and soon you will find yourself looking for the positives. Even things that don?t seem all that important to someone else could be very important to you.
To develop a more abundant life, you also need to learn to govern your emotions. Sometimes emotions are habitual, and if you keep having the same recurring emotions, chances are you will attract the kinds of experiences that will keep you in this same recurrent state of emotion. So if your emotions are usually negative, like fear, depression, or anxiety, you will keep on experiencing the people and events that recreate that emotion.
Your emotions and your thoughts are very tightly linked. If you want to attract abundance to your life, it will be very important that you think positively. You will need to avoid negative thoughts in order to attract positive things to your life. For some people, this is harder to change than for others. When you've spent your entire life thinking and feeling one way, it can be difficult ' but not impossible- to correct this.
Some people find greater success with particular methods to help them change their beliefs. Many use a combination of methods. Regardless of the approach that works best for you, it's important to take the steps necessary to do this. The new beliefs you incorporate will help you develop new thought habits and patterns which will affect your emotions and start you on the path to attracting new and better opportunities more consistent with your new approach to life.
Hypnosis, applied kinesiology, neuro-linguistic programming, self-hypnosis, affirmations and more are methods used to create better, positive thinking patterns. You might want to try all or some of these techniques until you find the best ones for your needs. Since every person is different, it's a learning process.
Your efforts may not result in immediate or overnight changes. This is a process and you will evolve over time. And as you and your thoughts and beliefs evolve, so will your life. It's important to stick with your new policy of positive thinking and gratitude awareness and not to give up too quickly. Abundance will come. The mental and emotional changes you make will automatically draw greater abundance to you than the old negative you.
You will need to make certain changes in order to allow the abundance to flow freely in your life but you also need to be in a position where you can take advantage of these opportunities as they come into your life. This requires some preparation so that you will be ready to meet the opportunities when they arise in your life.
Regardless of how hard it may seem to be, living an abundant life is possible. However, you do have to maintain a fine focus on being grateful and staying positive. You will also replace any beliefs that limit you and replace them with productive beliefs, overcome any negative thoughts and learn to control your emotional state. When you do this, you will attract abundance into your life.
