Abundance, The Universe And You


Abundance in this life is what gives us feelings of happiness and joy; and not just about the physical possessions you own or your financial net worth. True abundance and true joy comes from having valued relationships, doing the things you love, good health, and a life that lets you live according to your values and beliefs.

True abundance is never an accident. It may seem as though some individuals are especially fortunate, however, true abundance is never an accident. Whether you do it unconsciously or by harnessing the laws of the universe to experience your abundance is not important. Anyone can make the changes required for attracting abundance into their lives.

Before you can attract more abundance into your life, you must first develop awareness of,and gratitude for, the blessings you already have. If life is really difficult and stressful right now, that can be a challenge, no doubt about that. But this attitude of gratitude is powerful,and it's the first step to attracting more positives and abundance into your life.

A great idea to make yourself more aware of the blessings in your life is to write them down. Each evening, you could journal about the things you are thankful for or just list the blessings from that day. Try requiring yourself to write down a minimum of a specific number of blessings before you can quit for the evening, each and every day. Doing this at bedtime helps you direct your focus on these positive things, and soon you will find yourself looking for the positives. Even things that don?t seem all that important to someone else could be very important to you.

To live and experience an abundant life, you also need to develop an awareness of your emotions. Emotions create energy and everything is ultimately all about energy; and the emotions we have often tend to attract the kinds of events, people, and things consistent with the emotions you are feeling. Therefore, fear, depression, and anxiety feelings and emotions will invite other experiences to maintain this feeling or what you have come to know as the status quo.

There is a tight link between your emotions and your thoughts. To bring abundance to your life, you will have to think positively. Negative thoughts need to be avoided as they cloud your life and block out the positive things that can happen. This is why you will need to watch what you think about and how you speak. Don't allow the negative to have a place in your mind or in your life. These bad habits can be difficult to change at first but it's possible.

In fact, there are several different methods you can try to achieve this new thinking pattern. Many people even find that they work best with multiple approaches to changing their thinking. You can use a variety of techniques to help change your life for the better. Then you will be able to take advantage of these new opportunities that will start to come your way.

You can live and feel the abundance in your life by staying positive and grateful, correcting erroneous or negative thinking patterns, observing and changing your emotions, and adopting new 'can do' beliefs and attitudes.
