Is The Abundance Worth Looking At?
Abundance is an experience for healthy happy lives. Abundance is not material prosperity. It involves strong, supportive relationships, enjoying good health, enjoying your work and living your life in harmony with your own set of values and beliefs.
True abundance is not an accidental occurrence, even if some individuals seem extraordinarily lucky. You may harness the laws of the universe or enter it unconsciously to create abundance; how you do it, is not significant. However, you can attract abundance when you make the required changes.
If you want more abundance in your life, first you should start by being thankful for all that you have now. Failing to be grateful for the blessings you already have can block you from receiving more good things. Now understandably some people are going through an incredibly tough time right now, so this can be very difficult sometimes. But learning to look for the positives, regardless of the circumstances, and being grateful for those positives, is the powerful key to experiencing even more blessings.
You can increase your awareness of gratitude while keeping a gratitude journal. Take the time to list those things you are grateful for before retiring to bed at night. It can be a minimal list, for instance you may wish to list five things you are grateful for each night before going to sleep. This helps you focus your attention on them. List things great and small, for which you are thankful.
To live and experience an abundant life, you also need to develop an awareness of your emotions. Emotions create energy and everything is ultimately all about energy; and the emotions we have often tend to attract the kinds of events, people, and things consistent with the emotions you are feeling. Therefore, fear, depression, and anxiety feelings and emotions will invite other experiences to maintain this feeling or what you have come to know as the status quo.
Your emotions and your thoughts are very tightly linked. If you want to attract abundance to your life, it will be very important that you think positively. You will need to avoid negative thoughts in order to attract positive things to your life. For some people, this is harder to change than for others. When you've spent your entire life thinking and feeling one way, it can be difficult ' but not impossible- to correct this.
Some people find one approach helpful for accomplishing changes in their beliefs and subsequently their thoughts and emotions. Others utilize a combination of methods to get results. Either way, it's worth the time to do what works. Developing new beliefs, thought patterns, and emotions will change your life for the better. You will begin to see new opportunities coming your way to match your new outlook.
For example, some of these methods and techniques include hypnosis, self-hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming, applied kinesiology and affirmations. You can make use of these tools that are available to help you create a more healthy emotional and mental state for yourself. You will learn to overcome the beliefs that go against this type of behavior.
Remember that it's a process for a person to change, especially if you've been this way your entire life. Negative thinking and emotions build over time so it will take some time to correct these thinking patterns. It won't happen overnight but it can happen for you if you allow it to and if you are prepared to attract the abundance in your life.
While you're changing yourself to attract more abundance in your life, you should also be preparing yourself to grab hold of the opportunities that arise. Get prepared. Hone your skills, continue your education, and get yourself ready to embrace opportunities as they come to you.
An abundant life is possible regardless of how hard life may seem. You must maintain a positive and gracious focus, replace any limiting beliefs with those that are positive, control your emotions and conquer negative thinking patterns. By doing this you can attract abundance into your life.
