Abundance in this life is what gives us feelings of happiness and joy; and not just about the physical possessions you own or your financial net worth. True abundance and true joy comes from having valued relationships, doing the things you love, good health, and a life that lets you live according to your values and beliefs.

At the end of each day, you can write down the things that you have that day to be thankful for. You might also want to set a minimum number of things for each day. This is a great way to ensure you will always be on the lookout for these things, no matter how big or small they are.
Your emotional state will be one of the most important things in this process. So many people just don't realize what an impact their thoughts and emotions have on their ability to have abundance in their lives. You need to create a positive energy in order to attract more positive things into your life. Changing emotions and thoughts involves changing your belief system. It may seem challenging; however, it is beneficial and worthwhile.

You can use a variety of techniques to help change your life for the better. Then you will be able to take advantage of these new opportunities that will start to come your way.
