Why Doesn't Creating Abundance Work?


Healthy, happy lives experience the riches of abundance, although abundance is not the same as material wealth. It is enjoying your good health, living in harmony with your beliefs and values, experiencing strong and supportive relationships as well as enjoying the work you do.

True abundance like this does not come by accident. You may sometimes seem like you have seen people who have it all by luck. But this type of abundance doesn't come by luck or karma alone. If you want more abundance in your life, first you should start by being thankful for all that you have now. Try requiring yourself to write down a minimum of a specific number of blessings before you can quit for the evening, each and every day. Doing this at bedtime helps you direct your focus on these positive things, and soon you will find yourself looking for the positives. To live and experience an abundant life, you also need to develop an awareness of your emotions. Emotions create energy and everything is ultimately all about energy; and the emotions we have often tend to attract the kinds of events, people, and things consistent with the emotions you are feeling. Therefore, fear, depression, and anxiety feelings and emotions will invite other experiences to maintain this feeling or what you have come to know as the status quo.

You must take note of all those negative thoughts and emotions and turn them into something positive if you want to draw abundance into your life. This includes those things you may think and say aloud or to yourself. When you learn to change your thoughts and emotions, your system of beliefs will change as well. This is a worthwhile and beneficial endeavor even if it does become challenging.

Some people find one approach helpful for accomplishing changes in their beliefs and subsequently their thoughts and emotions. Others utilize a combination of methods to get results. Either way, it's worth the time to do what works. Developing new beliefs, thought patterns, and emotions will change your life for the better.
