Why Use the Creating Abundance Methods?


Abundance is an experience for healthy happy lives. Abundance is not material prosperity. It involves strong, supportive relationships, enjoying good health, enjoying your work and living your life in harmony with your own set of values and beliefs.

But true abundance doesn't happen by accident. Sure, some people seem luckier than others, but it's not really all about luck at all. Whether they know it or not, in some way they are thinking and doing the things that attract abundance to their life. And you, or anyone like you, can do that, too.

If you want more abundance in your life, first you should start by being thankful for all that you have now. Failing to be grateful for the blessings you already have can block you from receiving more good things. Now understandably some people are going through an incredibly tough time right now, so this can be very difficult sometimes. But learning to look for the positives, regardless of the circumstances, and being grateful for those positives, is the powerful key to experiencing even more blessings.

You can help yourself be thankful for your blessings by keeping a gratitude journal. You should try to write in it every day and list the things you feel thankful for. A great time to do this is before you go to bed at night when you can reflect on your day. You might also want to create a minimum number of things you want to be grateful for each day. This will help you focus your attention on looking for these things each day.

To develop a more abundant life, you also need to learn to govern your emotions. Sometimes emotions are habitual, and if you keep having the same recurring emotions, chances are you will attract the kinds of experiences that will keep you in this same recurrent state of emotion. So if your emotions are usually negative, like fear, depression, or anxiety, you will keep on experiencing the people and events that recreate that emotion.

Your emotions are closely tied to your thoughts. What you think impacts your emotions. So if you want to change your emotions, you must first change your beliefs so you can change your thoughts, and your emotions will follow. Most of us spend our lifetime plugging along without conscious awareness of our thoughts and emotions, so this will require some work on your part, but it's worth it.

Some people find one approach helpful for accomplishing changes in their beliefs and subsequently their thoughts and emotions. Others utilize a combination of methods to get results. Either way, it's worth the time to do what works. Developing new beliefs, thought patterns, and emotions will change your life for the better. You will begin to see new opportunities coming your way to match your new outlook.

Hypnosis, applied kinesiology, neuro-linguistic programming, self-hypnosis, affirmations and more are methods used to create better, positive thinking patterns. You might want to try all or some of these techniques until you find the best ones for your needs. Since every person is different, it's a learning process.

Keep in mind as you approach these changes in your life that it's a process. No one can expect to change these types of beliefs and thinking patterns overnight. It will be a process that you need to work on daily but soon the thankful and optimistic attitude will become a habit for you. Once it does, you will be far better prepared for attracting abundance than a person who is working with their negative emotions.

Preparation must meet with opportunity. Necessary changes open the flow of abundance. You must position yourself to grasp your opportunities. Making changes is essential as is taking any steps to gain new knowledge and skills. This will enable you to recognize your new and better opportunities and grasp them wholeheartedly.

Regardless of how hard it may seem to be, living an abundant life is possible. However, you do have to maintain a fine focus on being grateful and staying positive. You will also replace any beliefs that limit you and replace them with productive beliefs, overcome any negative thoughts and learn to control your emotional state. When you do this, you will attract abundance into your life.
