Abundance - Ignore It At Your Cost!
Want to be happy, healthy, and balanced mentally and spiritually? Sounds like you're looking for a life of abundance. But how do you begin? Developing a life of abundance requires internal changes and external actions. It begins with an open examination of yourself and your life as it is now and a willingness to heal the hurts in your life so you can begin to discover positive opportunities and experiences. It won't always be easy, but it is worth the work.
If it seems like you're always unhappy about some part of your life, that's a clue your life is lacking in abundance. Abundance is about much more than money and possessions. Many people have more than they need in those areas, yet they don't know how to be happy. Everyone has heard stories of the lonely old rich man who only wanted one true friend or love. For them, it wasn't about the 'stuff,' and abundance never is about that. Lots of wealthy people are sad, lonely, worried, and miserable.
To begin to grasp the fundamental meaning of abundance, we must first attune our selves to the concept. We must be prepared to view things in a different perspective. We must learn to discern the good, the positive, in all opportunities that are presented to us. Once we are able to see and understand this basic approach, we are ready to go about achieving the state of abundance in our lives.
Although, everyone lives in the same abundant universe, not all experience abundance similarly. It is vital that you are open to the process of developing abundance and connecting with the receiving channels to succeed. Remember, any unresolved issue can block positive influences. If you focus on the negative influences and feeling such as shame, guilt, anger or anxiety you block yourself to from all positive influences. This will prevent you from experiencing your share of universal abundance.
You should be ready and willing to overcome any personal demons when you are serious about developing abundance. Unfortunately, victims often continue life as victims. The negative trauma and events that they experience causes them to become stuck in the cycle. Living an abundant life includes the ability to let go of past insults and injuries.
To develop abundance we must first develop our inner selves. We have to change all of our negative thoughts and reactions and instead think and act positively. Forget part failure, forget past disappointments; accept the dawn of a new appreciation. Seek out and embrace abundance.
It is easier to talk about making mental and emotional changes than it is to do them. However, you can use various useful and helpful tools. For instance, you may be interested in applied kinesiology, energy therapies such as EFT or cognitive behaviour therapy. These can assist you in making the desired changes in your life. Developing abundance from the inside out is the willingness to do whatever you have to and being persistent about it. This is essential.
Dealing with your internal issues is not the only thing involved while developing abundance. Action is necessary. You can move from where you are right now, to where you want to be while setting your goals and creating your plan of action.
So creating an abundant life relies on both external action and also introspective healing and reprogramming of your thoughts. There are people who are good at the goal setting and achievement part, but they live in opposition to their internal belief system and core values. Or perhaps their values and beliefs aren't conducive to a harmonious life. To attract true abundance means you must look at every aspect of your life and make the necessary adjustments.
When you learn to live abundantly, you can also help other people. You can share from your abundance and make their lives a better place. So creating an abundant life can be altruistic, too. It need not be all about you personally. But it will take some effort, work, and time to make the changes you need to make in your life to embrace abundance as it comes to you.
