What Is Missing From Abundance
What is abundance? Actually, it is a state of mind. But it one that has many mental and emotional, physical and spiritual returns in your life. To develop abundance, you must start internally, not externally, with truthful, self-examination so you can restore your life and invite great opportunities, situations, and people into your life. It's definitely not always easy, but the rewards are tremendous.
Any time someone is perpetually upset or unsatisfied about some part of their life, that's an indicator that their life lacks abundance. Most people describe abundance as having financial success or lots of 'stuff.' But financial wealth and possessions don't automatically make people happy, and if they don't know how to take pleasure from what they have, they're not living abundantly at all. In fact, there are lots of rich lonely people out there who don't have the things they really want, like satisfying relationships. Truthfully, many wealthy people suffer from anxiety, depression, and unhappiness.
To begin to grasp the fundamental meaning of abundance, we must first attune our selves to the concept. We must be prepared to view things in a different perspective. We must learn to discern the good, the positive, in all opportunities that are presented to us. Once we are able to see and understand this basic approach, we are ready to go about achieving the state of abundance in our lives.
While all of us live on the same abundant plant, not all of us experience abundance in the same way. A critical stage to attract and experience more abundance is to become receptive to it. Old problems and issues from their past often stop goodness and abundance from coming to many people. Negative feelings and attitudes like shame, guilt, anger, anxiety, and hatred are so overwhelming that they can't even see the goodness around them, and they block abundance from coming their way.
Committing to the process of developing abundance requires your willingness to conquer your inner demons. Remember, a victim is always a victim unless they choose not to be and then take action. Do not allow any negative trauma or events to trap you in that cycle. The ability to forgive and forget any past injuries or insults is essential for living an abundant lifestyle.
Internal self-development is key to acquiring an abundance mindset. First, you must review your life truthfully and consider your beliefs, taking special note of negative thoughts that tend to recur. After an honest assessment, you can begin to create goals to help you develop personally and heal and thus begin moving toward more abundance in your life.
It's not easy to change the way you think and feel, however, there are many ways to help people overcome their pain from the past and heal their hurts. Whether you select energy therapies, like applied kinesiology or EFT, or cognitive behavior therapies, there is a program that can help you change. But you need to be willing to do the internal work to make the changes, and you need to persist so you can begin to achieve abundance in your life.
Dealing with your internal issues is not the only thing involved while developing abundance. Action is necessary. You can move from where you are right now, to where you want to be while setting your goals and creating your plan of action.
The road to abundance is trodden via a combination of inner change and outer focus. There are many people who although they are good goal setters and achievers don't benefit from an abundant life because they simply do not believe or even see it. Having the benefit is no good if you do not know how to appreciate it. It is like having no benefit at all and cannot create happiness or contentment. To truly benefit from abundance you must first be able to recognize it, and second, you must be able to appreciate it.
Once you achieve abundance in you life you will automatically become at part of the mechanism of the universe for creating more abundance, not only in yourself, but in others too.
