Wonderful Things From Abundance!
Want to be happy, healthy, and balanced mentally and spiritually? Sounds like you're looking for a life of abundance. But how do you begin? Developing a life of abundance requires internal changes and external actions. It begins with an open examination of yourself and your life as it is now and a willingness to heal the hurts in your life so you can begin to discover positive opportunities and experiences. It won't always be easy, but it is worth the work.
How do people know when their lives lack abundance? The most common 'give away' is that they are deeply unhappy with some phase or other of their situation. It is often the case that people think of material possessions when they consider abundance. But the truth of the matter is that the people that have accumulated a great deal of personal wealth, but who still remain unhappy, do not experience an abundant life. It is often a sad fact of life that there are many wealthy individuals who despite their wealth have few friends, or do not even trust those that they have, and end up living under fulfilled existences.
Therefore, developing abundance focuses on the way you approach life, including your patterns of thought, your emotional habits and your inner beliefs. However, you can make a significant difference in your life when you are willing to change your manner of thinking and speaking. You will also benefit by developing maturity and emotional responses that are positive.
Abundance is all around us. It a part of the fiber of everything that exists. The first step along the way is to recognize this everyday manifestation of abundance and to welcome the opportunity that it brings. We must put aside the emotions that defy the existence of abundance; the anger and frustration, the jealousy and meanness, the guilt and sadness. Only when we set these negative feelings to one side can we expect to appreciate the existence of abundance.
To make ourselves worthy of experiencing the wonder of abundance, it is necessary to first recognize our own weaknesses, fears and prejudices. All too often people allow themselves to become victims. Once they become victims, they are exposed to victimization and this sparks off a chain reaction of self perpetuating doom and gloom. Once we fear the worst, we are ready and expectant for it to happen, and all too often it does. We have opened the door. Whereas what we need to do is to ignore the past; ignore previous experience and open ourselves to new experiences with a free mind; unbiased and unfettered by previous outcomes. This is the beginning of the way to abundance.
Positive self-development and developing abundance compliment one another. You will take a closer look at your life, evaluate your beliefs and notice any repetitive negative thought patterns. Once you honestly consider these issues, you are ready to set your goals of personal development and healing. This is essential for increasing your experiences of living an abundant life.
One of the most difficult things is to welcome change. However, society today provides many avenues to achieve this change. There is cognitive behavior therapy, EFT, and practical kinesiology, all of which are in use in today?s society to help us to achieve change. In essence, to find abundance we have to have determination and dogged persistence.
Dealing with your internal issues is not the only thing involved while developing abundance. Action is necessary. You can move from where you are right now, to where you want to be while setting your goals and creating your plan of action.
Serious introspection involves personal change as well as taking action. These are essential for developing abundance. Staying focused on your goals only does not guarantee an abundant life if your innermost beliefs and values are not in balance. This can hinder any hope for harmony and balance. True abundance requires a commitment of a holistic approach to life.
It is never selfish to live an abundant life developing abundance is worthwhile. It enables an individual to be generous with others. It frees them from their focus of self, which is necessary for survival. Developing abundance is a process that can take time; however, you will find it to be satisfying as well as transforming for you and your community.
