What is abundance? Actually, it is a state of mind. But it one that has many mental and emotional, physical and spiritual returns in your life. To develop abundance, you must start internally, not externally, with truthful, self-examination so you can restore your life and invite great opportunities, situations, and people into your life. It’s definitely not always easy, but the rewards are tremendous.
Any time someone is perpetually upset or unsatisfied about some part of their life, that’s an indicator that their life lacks abundance. Most people describe abundance as having financial success or lots of ’stuff.’ But financial wealth and possessions don’t automatically make people happy, and if they don’t know how to take pleasure from what they have, they’re not living abundantly at all. In fact, there are lots of rich lonely people out there who don’t have the things they really want, like satisfying relationships. Truthfully, many wealthy people suffer from anxiety, depression, and unhappiness.
In order to develop a sense of abundance you have to change your approach to life. It’s all about considering things in a different way. It’s about learning to look at everything in a much more positive light, about seeing the good rather than the bad. If you sense the opportunities that abound in all situations, then you have it within yourself to change your life and to find abundance.
The universe in which we live creates abundance every minute of every hour. We all live in that same universe, but not all of us see or enjoy the abundance that is there. The first step is to recognize that the abundance is there, then one can begin to open one’s mind towards it. The things that hide abundance from us, and blind us to its existence are: unresolved problems, feelings of anxiety or guilt, bad temper, shame, jealousy; all negative emotions that deny the opportunity to experience abundance.
So if you are sincere about wanting an abundant life, you must also set out to face and conquer any demons that may be haunting you. Sadly, many victims around the globe continue to be tormented. They are still haunted by traumatic events and the feelings they elicited, and along the way they developed negative beliefs that put them in a recurrent cycle of pain. It is critical that anyone who wants to live with abundance learns to release that pain, put the past to rest, forgive, and move forward.
Developing abundance goes hand in hand with positive self-improvement. Your journey to abundance involves taking an honest look at your life, evaluating your belief system and taking note of any recurring thought patterns. After honestly considering these things, you are now in a position to set your personal development and goals for healing that will encourage your ability to experience an abundant life.
One of the most difficult things is to welcome change. However, society today provides many avenues to achieve this change. There is cognitive behavior therapy, EFT, and practical kinesiology, all of which are in use in today?s society to help us to achieve change. In essence, to find abundance we have to have determination and dogged persistence.
Developing abundance involves much more than handling your inner issues, it also requires you to act. While setting your goals and then outlining your action plan can aid you in getting from here to there.
A blending of introspection, which leads to personal change and action, are requirements of developing abundance. Many individuals may be goal focused, however they do not have an abundant life. The reason for this is that they are not living in harmony with their inner values and beliefs. Perhaps, harmony is not creatable because of their values and beliefs. A holistic approach to life is essential to obtaining true abundance.
Once you achieve abundance in you life you will automatically become at part of the mechanism of the universe for creating more abundance, not only in yourself, but in others too.
