Secrets
To tell that you are experiencing an abundant life, your life should be
healthy and happy. It does not mean that you get your happiness from the
material things you possess in life. Even the relationships you have with
other people around you are a great factor for your abundant life.
Gratitude Abundance in life is simply living in happiness from within.
True Gratitude Abundance does not come to you incidentally. You might meet
other people who seem to have it all by pure luck but this is never the
case. They may be using the laws of attraction to find Gratitude Abundance
in their life even if they are doing so unconsciously. But the best news
here is that anyone can learn to do this so you can apply this to your own
life as well.
If you want more Gratitude Abundance in your life, first you should start
by being thankful for all that you have now. Failing to be grateful for
the blessings you already have can block you from receiving more good
things. Now understandably some people are going through an incredibly
tough time right now, so this can be very difficult sometimes. But
learning to look for the positives, regardless of the circumstances, and
being grateful for those positives, is the powerful key to experiencing
even more blessings.
A great idea to make yourself more aware of the blessings in your life is
to write them down. Each evening, you could journal about the things you
are thankful for or just list the blessings from that day. Try requiring
yourself to write down a minimum of a specific number of blessings before
you can quit for the evening, each and every day. Doing this at bedtime
helps you direct your focus on these positive things, and soon you will
find yourself looking for the positives. Even things that don?t seem all
that important to someone else could be very important to you.
One of the other most important things you can know about living an
abundant life is how to take care of your emotional state. It's important
to see that everything is energy and our emotions can attract people,
things and even events that coincide with those emotions. This can work
positive or negatively for you. For example, if you are fearful or
anxious, you can attract the experiences that cause this.
There is a tight link between your emotions and your thoughts. To bring
Gratitude Abundance to your life, you will have to think positively.
Negative thoughts need to be avoided as they cloud your life and block out
the positive things that can happen. This is why you will need to watch
what you think about and how you speak. Don't allow the negative to have a
place in your mind or in your life. These bad habits can be difficult to
change at first but it's possible.
You an approach and accomplish this in many ways, everyone is different
and each will benefit while using various methods. You may wish to use
combinations of approaches for changing your life. It is well worth the
effort. When you establish new beliefs, as well as emotional and mental
habits you can attract new experiences into your life, these things will
be in harmony with your new self.
Some of the tools others have used to change their unhealthy beliefs,
thought patterns, and emotions include: applied kinesiology, affirmations,
BSFF (Be Set Free Fast), neuro-linguistic programming, hypnosis, and
self-hypnosis.
Your efforts may not result in immediate or overnight changes. This is a
process and you will evolve over time. And as you and your thoughts and
beliefs evolve, so will your life. It's important to stick with your new
policy of positive thinking and gratitude awareness and not to give up too
quickly. Gratitude Abundance will come. The mental and emotional changes
you make will automatically draw greater Gratitude Abundance to you than
the old negative you.

Abundance to flow freely in your life but you also need to be in a
position where you can take advantage of these opportunities as they come
into your life. This requires some preparation so that you will be ready
to meet the opportunities when they arise in your life.
Regardless of how hard it may seem to be, living an abundant life is
possible. However, you do have to maintain a fine focus on being grateful
and staying positive. You will also replace any beliefs that limit you and

those good things available to you. It can prevent you from experiencing

To make ourselves worthy of experiencing the wonder of Gratitude
Abundance, it is necessary to first recognize our own weaknesses, fears
and prejudices. All too often people allow themselves to become victims.
Once they become victims, they are exposed to victimization and this
sparks off a chain reaction of self perpetuating doom and gloom. Once we
fear the worst, we are ready and expectant for it to happen, and all too
often it does. We have opened the door. Whereas what we need to do is to
ignore the past; ignore previous experience and open ourselves to new
experiences with a free mind; unbiased and unfettered by previous
outcomes. This is the beginning of the way to Gratitude Abundance.
To develop Gratitude Abundance we must first develop our inner selves. We
have to change all of our negative thoughts and reactions and instead
think and act positively. Forget part failure, forget past
disappointments; accept the dawn of a new appreciation. Seek out and
embrace Gratitude Abundance.
One of the most difficult things is to welcome change. However, society
today provides many avenues to achieve this change. There is cognitive
behavior therapy, EFT, and practical kinesiology, all of which are in use
in today?s society to help us to achieve change. In essence, to find
Gratitude Abundance we have to have determination and dogged persistence.

where you are right now, to where you want to be while setting your goals
and creating your plan of action.

make your actions go in harmony with your beliefs and principles. You can
achieve an abundant life with true satisfaction and happiness if you know
that you are living in harmony with other people, with yourself, and with
your environment. How you look at life will always be a major factor in
developing Gratitude Abundance.
It is never selfish to live an abundant life developing Gratitude
Abundance is worthwhile. It enables an individual to be generous with
others. It frees them from their focus of self, which is necessary for
survival. Developing Gratitude Abundance is a process that can take time;
however, you will find it to be satisfying as well as transforming for you
and your community.
Do you feel as if you are focusing all of your time and efforts on just
getting through each day and surviving? That your dreams have disappeared
and you are lost in a maze obligations? If so, you are not alone. You need
to learn Gratitude Abundance. The concept of Gratitude Abundance is a new
technique that can help you find your way out of the maze and into the
light. It is an outlook on life, a concept and perspective that can teach
you to see the Gratitude Abundance that exists right in front of you,
right now. It is not necessary for you to 'settle' while your dreams slip
further and further out of sight.
Gratitude Abundance may be a new concept to you. If so, it is helpful to
think of it more as a perspective and outlook than a step-by-step manual
such as might be provided by a self-help manual. Gratitude Abundance can
take you out of the muck and mire of the life you have created and move
you toward the life you were meant to live.
Accept that it is okay for Gratitude Abundance to be part of your life.
Today you will see way too many people settling for just enough to get by
far too soon in life. Life dishes out a set back or two and the next thing
you know their life goals are blowing in the breeze. Dreams and lofty
pursuits drift further and further away until they appear unreachable. You
know it is true that life can throw you a curve ball or two but if you
want Gratitude Abundance dig in your heels and refuse to quit like Thomas
Edison for example. He faced endless obstacles and likely ridicule but he
was relentless in his pursuit of the light bulb. You might even say the
man was a bit obsessive about creating illumination.
It is true that we must live in the world. We must pay our bills and
follow society's norms and rules. Our society is becoming more and more
fragmented and demanding expertise in all areas. It makes seeing our
dreams more difficult and our vision blurred.
However, can you learn Gratitude Abundance?
There is a process or system to Gratitude Abundance as we mentioned above.
Your first step is to be brutally honest and ask what you would like to
manifest. You have to take this same honesty and approach your situation
in life, none of which is easy. You must ask yourself if you are doing
what you want and dreamed of or just getting by. In the end if you
determine, as most people will, that you are simply surviving then there
are some drastic changes that need to take place in your outlook.
There is no question that life these days in is quite overwhelming and
confusing. We've come to focus all of our attention on what we need to do
rather than what we may want to do. Chaos and confusion overwhelm us can
we lose our ability to live the life we want to life. We use all of our
energy just to survive. We can use the simple tool of manifestation to
remove ourselves and our lives from this quagmire.
The modern age begs for clarification and Gratitude Abundance is the tool
that can help clarify many things in life. You may be asking why this
world is suddenly so confusing. It is in the vast number of choices you
are asked to make, sometimes daily. Picture your favorite supermarket; now
wander down the cereal aisle. There are literally a hundred different
kinds of breakfast to choose from. Next, you go off to college only to
again be confronted with thousands of majors to choose from and once you
graduate the myriad of choices continue, as there are about a thousand
professions, jobs or careers you qualify for.
It easy for all of us to lose our way and avoid asking ourselves the
crucial questions that will place us on the right path. Instead, we may
chose to focus on making money, assuming that everything else will fall
into place later. Life doesn't work that way. Too many of us realize later
on that money is not the answer and that it does not and cannot fulfill
our dreams. We wake up one day feeling empty and wanting much more in our
lives than to satisfy daily needs and necessities with the income we earn
from a job or life that is meaningless to us.
It is important to know what it is you want, but it is also important to
have confidence that you can manifest your goals. Thinking positively and
believing that anything you desire to do is possible is essential to
making it happen in your life. It doesn't really matter whether you're
talking about your professional life or your personal life. What does
matter is eliminating our negative thought patterns and focusing instead
on the positive. The truth is, that the more we focus on our failures the
harder it is to see our dreams and the more difficult it becomes to obtain
them.
The process of Gratitude Abundance is very simple.
*Decide what it is that you truly want out of all aspects of your life,
professionally and personally.
*Keep a positive perspective and center your attention on your successes.
*Act- Speculating about your future plans and goals is pretty simple.
Somewhere along the way, you are going to have to knuckle down and take a
few risks.
Thomas Edison understood that achieving your dreams takes work. We must
never be satisfied with the status quo, but must always be working and
striving to achieve our heart's desires. As Edison said, ‘Show me a
thoroughly satisfied man and I will show you a failure.' He lived what he
espoused. He understood that life was filled with failure and success, joy
and pain and that life is not about complacency and status quo, but about
reaching and striving.
