Is Abundance a Learnable Skill?
Contained in this article is a fairly new creative process many know as manifesting. Here you will learn what it is and how people can learn to abound. You see manifesting is about holding in your arms the mass abundance that life offers everyone. This is not a process, which allows you to settle for less than everything you need or just enough to get by; this is about having more than enough and ignoring what others may expect of you. Manifesting and abundance is a process that has a few set methods however, they are very adaptable which means they can be modified for any individual.
If you have never heard of manifesting, it might be helpful to think of it as an outlook on life or a philosophy of life, rather than a step-by-step process used by most self-help directives. Simply put, manifesting helps us to discover and achieve goals and dreams, both professional and personal.
Today you will see way too many people settling for just enough to get by far too soon in life. Life dishes out a set back or two and the next thing you know their life goals are blowing in the breeze. Dreams and lofty pursuits drift further and further away until they appear unreachable. You know it is true that life can throw you a curve ball or two but if you want abundance dig in your heels and refuse to quit like Thomas Edison for example. He faced endless obstacles and likely ridicule but he was relentless in his pursuit of the light bulb. You might even say the man was a bit obsessive about creating illumination.
Our bills do need to paid and we do need to work, but we can avoid becoming so focused on the trivia that we lose sight of where it is we really want to go. Unfortunately, the world has become a place that has become more and more fragmented as we are driven toward greater and greater specialization.
Is it possible to change our thinking?
To understand manifesting is to understand that it is a process. It is a process that begins by asking yourself very honestly, what you want. Looking at your life and circumstances is never easy but by taking it one step at a time it is possible. Are you doing what you want to do with your life? Or are you doing what you think you're supposed to be doing? If the answer is the later, it may be time to make a change.
Modern life is so confusing many times, because we as people are pursuing only what we need and forgetting about what we truly want. When you are not living the life of your desires, it is easy to become lost in chaos and confusion. Survival becomes the only goal and you do not truly live. The simple path out of this cloud of confusion is manifesting.
Manifestation at its root can be a clarifier, and if we ever needed clarification, it is in the time we currently live in. From simple tasks all the way to major life, decisions there are plenty of opportunities to be confused. You take a trip to the grocery store and what do you find hundreds of cereal options. Start college and there are about a thousand potential majors you are asked to choose among. Leave college with a hard-earned degree and face hundreds of thousands of jobs or careers.
It is no wonder that Americans get bogged down and don't take the time to ask themselves the important questions. They are quickly lured into shifting their focus to making as much money as they can, assuming that everything else will fall in to place in the future. It is sad to say, that many wake up years later to discover that money has not provided the satisfaction that they had envisioned. They feel unfulfilled and empty.
When embarking on the process of manifesting your dreams, it is essential to view life with confidence. Positive thinking is necessary to achieving an effective outcome. Not only must you know what you want in life, but you must believe that you can achieve it. Regardless of whether we are looking for our dreams to come true in our personal life or our professional life, we must believe that there are achievable. Steer yourself away from negative thinking and focus only on the positive. Focusing on our mistakes makes it much more difficult to see our dreams.
The process of manifesting is very simple.
*Look at both your personal and professional life. Make up your mind about what it is you want.
*Keep a positive perspective and center your attention on your successes.
*Take steps to bring your dreams to reality. Take the risks necessary to make them happen.
These methods contain a simple message in the end and that is you should never be satisfied with the status quo. We again borrow from the great Thomas Edison who believed a satisfied man was a man who had failed. Edison knew that the human being had to constantly be striving to fulfill their goals. He not only said it, he lived it his entire life. He understood too that life has ups and downs, success and failure, as well as agony and joy. Satisfaction, to his mind, was just another word for indifference. Edison strived his entire life for more and so you should as well.
