Manifesting Abundance - Should You Believe In It?
What do we mean by manifesting abundance? We have all heard many new age people tell us that you reap what you sow. If we spend just a few minutes thinking about it, we'll remember hearing those sentiments many times before. Maybe it was your mother when she was trying to encourage you when you were down and depressed. Even the voice inside your head is telling you the truth. The problem is; you probably never listen to that 'voice' and you don't realize that only you are responsible for your current life.
All of us have heard from someone or other that we are in control of our own destinies and that we have the power to make of our lives what we will. Every one of us has the ability to manifest abundance in our own lives - but no one but you can make this happen and you have to unlock this potential within yourself.
First, you have to accept the fact that your life is where it is because that is where you want it to be. That's right; the job you hate, the relationship that doesn't fulfill you, the lack of money... it is all there because you want it there. Take responsibility for your life, if you want to change it you have to take responsibility. Manifesting is something that happens with or without your conscious awareness.
See, the moment you realize that you did this... that you brought all this into your life, then you will realize that you can change it. Want your marriage to be better, you can make it better. Want the next promotion, you can get it. You can manifest abundance today, all you have to do is change your thought process.
Your mind and your thoughts are incredibly powerful, whether or not you already realize this. All you have to do is change your thinking and you can start changing your life for the better at once. For example, if you put all of your mental energy into worrying about your financial situation, what tends to come to you is more bills and more problems.
Please believe me when I say that you should start focusing on everything which is positive, because this is the only way to manifest abundance. By this I mean that you need to pay attention to the things you have which you feel are good. For example, just stop for a minute to think how marvelous it is that you were able to wake up breathing this morning. Think how fortunate you are to have a roof over your head and clothes to wear. Unless you have no food to eat, then you should also be happy that you're able to feed yourself. As you can see, there are many things you have in your life which you should be grateful for, and by focusing on these good things you'll be able to begin manifesting more good things.
It does you no good whatsoever to place the blame for things you are unhappy with on others, since your life and your destiny are entirely of your own making. You may tell yourself and others that what you want is success and happiness in your life, but if these things are not the object of your thoughts, then you will not be able to bring them to you.
To prove the point, try an experiment. What this is going to do is show you how powerful a thought, your thoughts are. Instead of getting the mail and worrying about the bills that are coming, start thinking that you are getting checks in the mail. Every day, look forward to getting the mail. Soon, you will get money in the mail.
From here on out, believe that you have more than enough money. Let that thought resonate throughout your mind and body. Consciously tell yourself that you have money and block out any thoughts that say otherwise. If you want to manifest abundance this is what you are going to have to do.
Good attracts good, and what this means is, providing you focus on good things, good things will begin coming into your life. This of course will allow you to improve your life more than what you ever thought possible, and soon you will be able to have the life you've always wanted, but remember; only you can manifest abundance in your life.
