The Amazing Process Behind Manifesting
Many are curious about what is meant by manifesting abundance. Countless New Age gurus have repeatedly said that your life is what you make it. The vast majority of us have heard this statement before. Possibly your parents or grandparents said it when they were offering encouragement in what seemed like a dim situation. That little voice in your head has whispered it to you as well. The reason so many people are not living a life of abundance is because they don't listen to that little voice, our the words of the wiser older ones. The only person in the world responsible for your life... is you.
The fact is that at some point in your life you've more than likely had someone tell you that you are responsible for your own destiny, and that you can make life be just the way you want it to be. Deep down inside you, you have the power to manifest abundance but only you can control the manifesting process in your life.
Your life is the way it is because of the way that you think. On some level, the things you are not happy with in your life are there as the result of your own thought patterns. You have the power to change these things, though you might not yet know that you have this ability. You have the power of manifesting - just believe in yourself. It is you alone who has made your world and you alone who can change it.
As depressing as it may seem at first to come to this realization, there is a big positive to this as well. Once you realize that this power lies with you, you realize that the power to change your life is already yours. All it takes is a change in the way you see and think about the world to manifest abundance.
Your mind and your thoughts are incredibly powerful, whether or not you already realize this. All you have to do is change your thinking and you can start changing your life for the better at once. For example, if you put all of your mental energy into worrying about your financial situation, what tends to come to you is more bills and more problems.
To change these things you have to change what you are thinking about. The essential component to manifesting abundance is positive thought. Right now, you have to start focusing on the good things in your life, the good things in your relationships. Take a moment and realize just how lucky you are, how fortunate. You woke up today, you are living in a warm place, and there is food in your belly and clothes on your back. Be grateful for all of these things. Next to positive thought, gratefulness is just as vital. If you can't appreciate what you have, how can you ever have more?
It does you no good whatsoever to place the blame for things you are unhappy with on others, since your life and your destiny are entirely of your own making. You may tell yourself and others that what you want is success and happiness in your life, but if these things are not the object of your thoughts, then you will not be able to bring them to you.
To prove the point, try an experiment. What this is going to do is show you how powerful a thought, your thoughts are. Instead of getting the mail and worrying about the bills that are coming, start thinking that you are getting checks in the mail. Every day, look forward to getting the mail. Soon, you will get money in the mail.
Another experiment is this: start to think; not only that, believe that you have plenty of financial resources, no matter what you may have thought before. It will take some effort to do this, since you have to keep those old patterns of worrying about money out of your mind. In order to manifest abundance, this is the key - you have to genuinely think that you already have everything you need.
After all, like attracts like. When you put your mental energy into thinking about the good things which you have in your life already, you can bring more of the same into your life. We all have the power to live any life that we want. All you have to do to manifest abundance is to change the way you think.
