The Manifesting Secrets- Just More New Age Rubbish?
What exactly is meant by the term 'manifesting abundance'? In all likelihood you've probably heard many people say that life is what you make of it. Perhaps your own parents told you that on several occasions when they were trying to boost your confidence. In fact, even that voice inside our heads tells us that this is indeed true. Unfortunately however, there are just so many people out there who simply refuse to take any notice of what that voice is trying to tell them, and as such, they only have themselves to blame if they're not happy with their life.
Somewhere, at some point long ago someone tried to tell you that you were the master of your own destiny, that you could do anything you put your mind to. The ability to manifest abundance is in you and only you can control the process of manifesting in your life.
Face the facts, the reason that your life is less than perfect for you right now, is because that is the way you want it. That's right, the miserable marriage, the lack of success at work, the missed promotion, the clunker of a car... you wanted it all, and you've got it. You are the one that is responsible for manifesting everything in your life... and therefore only you can change it.
Once you have accepted the fact that you, and only you, created the life you are living right now, will you be able to change it. Right now, you can manifest abundance in your life. To do that, you have to change the way you think.
The most powerful thing you have is your thoughts. It is the way you think about your life that causes that life to manifest. Think about this, every time you think about how you are going to pay bills or buy groceries, you bring more bills and more money problems into your life. Each second that you spend focusing on your lack of money, you are creating more money problems for yourself. When all you focus on is all the things that are disappointing in your life, you are bringing more disappointing things into your life.
It is time to focus on all the good in your life. If you truly want to manifest abundance this is key. You have to focus on the good. Realize that you were able to sleep in a bed last night, or that you woke up today and you are breathing, you have food in the frig and clothes to wear. Stop for just a moment and be thankful for these things because there are people that are not as fortunate as you. To be honest with you, once you are grateful for the abundance you have in your life currently, you will be able to manifest more abundance.
There is no point to blaming anyone else for your circumstances. Your life is your own and it is largely if not entirely the product of your own thought processes. Perhaps you want happiness, success or wealth. However, if these are not the things that you focus your thoughts on, they are not what will come to you.
Try these experiments to see the power of your thoughts to shape your world. By changing how you view your world, you can change it. Start by resolving to not worry about money, not having enough or worrying that you will not be able to get the money you want. Instead of dwelling on these negatives, think of how much you already have and the fact that you are well off enough to have gotten the things which you have already.
Consciously pay attention to your thoughts. It gets easier in time, but you don't want to slip up and end up back in a less then desirable place. Appreciate what you have, the money you have and that you are happy. If you want to have an abundant life, then you need to think that you have already manifested abundance.
Remember, positive attracts positive, and negative attracts negative. If you spend your time thinking about the good things in your life, you'll end up attracting more good things, and this of course will mean that you can begin improving the life you have. Above all, you need to realize that you are the only person in the world that can manifest abundance in your life.
