Why Not Try Manifesting?
What exactly do people mean when they say manifesting abundance? By now, you have most likely heard any number of new age proponents and others telling us that we can control our circumstances and dictate our own destinies. If you think back to your own childhood, you have almost certainly heard this same idea from someone else before. Most likely, a parent or grandparent told you at least once that you could accomplish anything that you put your mind to - and they were right. Your own mind is probably trying to tell you that too; but a lot of us never listen to our own advice, no matter how sage it may be. When it comes down to it, you are responsible for your life; not anyone else.
The truth is that at some point in your life someone has more than likely told you that you are a master of your own destiny, and that you get to choose the life you wish to live. What you need to realize is that everyone possesses the power to manifest abundance, and everyone controls their own manifesting process.
There is something which you need to face up to, and that is that your life is the way it is because that's the way you want it to be. A failed relationship, a job you're not happy with, or even the increasing number of bills arriving in your mailbox....you've brought into all upon yourself, because only you are responsible for manifesting the reality with which you now have to live with.
Once you have accepted the fact that you, and only you, created the life you are living right now, will you be able to change it. Right now, you can manifest abundance in your life. To do that, you have to change the way you think.
The most powerful part of your body is your mind. Your thoughts are more powerful than you have ever realized - and by changing the way that you think about the world, you can almost immediately begin to make positive changes in your life. When you spend all of your time worrying about money, what life tends to bring you is more money troubles. Similarly, when you focus on relationship problems, those are the only things about your relationships you will experience.
Instead, start to think about the positive things you have in your life. This is the first step to manifesting abundance. Focus on the good things to start with. Think of even the little things; for instance, you have a home to go to, food on your table and so on. If you even have this, you already have a lot to be thankful for. Once you can be grateful for the things you have, you can begin to shift your focus outwards to the good things you want to bring into your life.
Stop blaming others for your life. Your life is the harsh reality that you created, because of the way you think. You spend your time thinking about how much money you don't have, and how unhappy you are... you will continue to have no money or happiness.
As an illustration, try one of the thought experiments which follow. These will show you the power that your thoughts have. When you change the way that you think about life, you will change your life. You have to stop worrying about money, especially about having enough money or wanting more. Don't think about any of these things at all. What you should focus on instead is what you already have - think about how you are financially well off enough to pay for the things that you have now.
You need to think and believe beyond all doubt that you have more than enough money already. You also need to make a conscious effort to pay attention to these thoughts or else you could find yourself becoming a victim of your old thoughts again. If you really want to begin manifesting abundance, then you need to begin thinking along the lines that you already have everything you want.
Like attracts like, which means if you are focusing on the good it is going to bring more good in your life. You can improve your life, you can have the life you want... you and only you can manifest abundance in your life.
